So many people are saying that the brains behind Alexandre de Moraes is @gilmarmendes and that he should be the focus of the U.S. response. At this juncture, the most important step forward is the amnesty bill being passed by the Brazilian Congress regardless of what Machiavellian plans specific people have. And if that amnesty includes @jairbolsonaro it is what’s necessary to heal and turn the page.
