Six Months and Still Waiting… Back in February & March, STF’s favorite leak recipients swore Alexandre de Moraes would fight the @rumblevideo and @TMTGcorp U.S. lawsuit. @jorgemessias at the @AdvocaciaGeral promised repeatedly, even this month, they’d defend him. We’re now about to hit 6 months since we filed the first case ever in a U.S. court against a foreign judge for a blatantly unlawful censorship campaign targeting U.S. platforms and U.S. users for speech on American soil. And… nobody has shown up. Maybe Alexandre de Moraes hasn’t heard? If you see him, please let him know we’re waiting in federal court and tell him to get in touch.
