Russia launched another mass ballistic missile attack on Kyiv overnight on Aug. 1, the second major strike in 48 hours, causing damage and casualties across at least five districts, including Solomianskyi, Darnytskyi, and Shevchenkivskyi. The Kyiv Independent’s Tania Myronyshena reported from the Solomianskyi district, where residents described having mere moments between the air raid alert and the blasts.
