Your daily (?) reminder that Brazil’s election could still be turned upside down by a new scandal or major revelation. I try to be responsible, and I really do not like posting about speculation — BUT high-level chatter about a video or other incriminating material involving one of the 2 main candidates has been persistent feature of this campaign for months. Three fair questions: 1) Is it urban myth at this point? 2) Will voters even care given mud already flying around? And related 3) Does the other side also have nukes? But I just keep hearing from People Who Know that this will drop just after or perhaps immediately before 1st round vote. Keep eyes open!
