They're calling on the French multinational company, formerly known as #Teleperformance, to renew its global agreement with UNI and respect workers’ rights. “Our global agreement made TP stronger,” said UNI General Secretary Christy Hoffman. “It opened the door to dialogue, helped solve problems before they escalated and gave workers in some of the toughest labour environments in the world a real voice. TP let the agreement expire in May, just as AI is reshaping this industry.
