Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said earlier today that he held a phone call with White House Special Envoy to the Middle East Steve Witkoff and White House Envoy Jared Kushner. Per the statement from President Zelensky, discussions were centered on peace negotiations and past contacts that were had recently in Florida. This comes amidst this past week’s U.S. waiver of key Russian sanctions and the throttling of Ukraine’s Starshield access which hampered Ukraine’s offensive capabilities significantly.
