I don't mean to sound cynical, but I fail to understand why there is a constant attempt to appeal to Americans by highlighting that what is happening in Lebanon is a war crime, as if they don't already know. Those who have access to our voices already know what is happening. The real question is what they are willing to do to stop it, especially those who are actively choosing to take part in manufacturing the weapons being used to kill our people. 'Your tax dollars are funding war crimes.' Americans know this; they have long known this. And not just when it comes to Gaza, and Lebanon, but all across our region. Reminding them changes nothing when the machinery keeps running.
