Urgent help needed @LinkedInHelp I have tried the Persona Verification using my Brazilian national ID card, and I have also tried using my Brazilian Passport, and in both cases the verification has failed. I have been repeatedly trying this Persona interface many times over the last month, and have been getting a failure evertime, even though I am who I say I am and my original government documents prove so. Therefore, I formally request, from now on, that my case be escalated to a HUMAN ACCOUNT RECOVERY SPECIALIST. Pls stop sending me automated messages asking me for the 20th time to use Persona verification and have a human specialist verify my documents and allow me to access my account (previously blocked after an attempted intrusion. Security issue already solved).
