After a third election victory, it would have been easy to spend this occasion celebrating our achievements. I felt we owed Barbados an honest conversation about the future. Our mindset matters. Our behaviour matters. How we treat one another, take responsibility and follow through will help determine how far this country can go. Your Government must do its part. I am asking every Barbadian to recognise the part that is theirs. This is serious business. We are building the country our children will inherit. Commit to Barbados. Commit to being Bajan Strong. Let us finish the job.
