A new chapter for women’s football in Barbados has begun. The Women’s Prime Minister’s Cup opens another door for our young people to develop their talent and earn. Our women deserve those opportunities and equal reward for their abilities. Seeing communities coming together, vendors plying their trade and families enjoying themselves safely is so much of what I love about Barbados. Congratulations to Technique Women on their 5–2 opening victory over Empire Women at the Glebe. Barbados, let us come out and support!
