Every child in Barbados deserves to know that they matter, that they are loved, and that they have a future worth believing in.
The Chapman Challenge is about turning that belief into opportunity through mentorship, leadership and personal development. My Government has committed $800,000 to help establish the initiative, with a commitment to support its expansion so that more young Barbadians can benefit.
But building a nation is not the work of Government alone. It requires all of us to invest our time, care and effort in raising the next generation. Our children must not simply inherit Barbados. They must have the opportunity, confidence and capacity to build its future.
