Kensington Oval held so many emotions today. The result did not go our way against New Zealand, but the West Indies fought hard and gave us moments to cheer.
I also treasured the opportunity to spend time with Ian Bishop, exchanging fond memories of our National Hero, Sir Garry Sobers, and announcing that his funeral will be held at the ground that became synonymous with his greatness.
Ian even allowed me to try my hand at a little cricket commentary. I only hope Sir Garry would have been proud of me.
