Minister Alexandre de Moraes imposed a daily fine for anyone accessing the X platform or using a VPN. Well, here I am inside Congress, in the Senate Chamber, with the President of Congress in front of me, senators beside me, using a VPN and accessing the X platform. Because in our Constitution, there is nowhere, no law that states that the minister’s decision is legal. Therefore, if it is not legal, it is illegal, unconstitutional.
