Trump’s former Deputy DNI, Amaryllis Fox Kennedy (RFK Jr.’s daughter-in-law), picked up seven lobbying clients. In addition to Anthropic, there’s an AI data center developer and a Puerto Rican bank whose owner Trump pardoned in a bribery case.
The bank is Bancredito, in liquidation after the scandal. Prosecutors said its owner paid the governor’s campaign to fire the regulator investigating his bank. Trump pardoned them both in January. Now the bank is lobbying Treasury on “banking regulatory restrictions” through Trump’s former lawyer Chris Kise. Ballard reported $630,000 from the account last quarter.
The developer is NorthPoint, which is building data center campuses in Pennsylvania. It hired her to help secure “funding for energy infrastructure buildout.”
Her other new clients: SK hynix’s U.S. chip subsidiary Solidigm, Sempre (which is after DHS and Pentagon contracts), Canadian AI security firm Autnhive, and Togus Urban Renewal (film tax credits).
