His reflections on the transformative role of compassion in the judicial system will undoubtedly serve as a guiding light for the Indian Judiciary. In his words, “Compassion is the conscious effort to ensure that legal processes respond meaningfully to human consequences while remaining firmly anchored in principle.”
I was delighted to engage in a meaningful conversation with my dear sister Dr. Kiran Bedi Ji and was honoured by the gracious presence of Hon’ble Justice AK Sikri Ji, a stalwart of compassionate Justice.
