My sincere congratulations to the President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, and the Prime Minister of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan, on the recent peace deal. I recall with appreciation our previous discussions with both leaders regarding the safety and well-being of children, and I was particularly impressed by their concern for children globally.
