Hoje resolvi fazer um #TBT de um dia momentos mais especiais da minha carreira, da minha vida. Quando me tornei campeão vencendo o até então invicto, Cain Velasquez. Quem de vocês assistiu essa luta? Quem de vocês estava lá nessa luta? Viver aquele momento, sentir toda aquela emoção, só foi possível porque apesar de todas as críticas e opinões negativas vindas de uma grande maioria. Eu continuei acreditado em mim e ignorando tudo o que não se alinhava com meu objetivo. Quando Deus coloca algo em nosso coração, é preciso trabalhar incansavelmente para viver aquilo, além de claro, não dar ouvidos ao que o mundo tem a dizer. Acreditei, continuo acreditando! Ignorei, continuo ignorando tudo o que não se alinha com meus objetivos! - Today, I decided to do a #TBT post about one of the most special moments of my career and my life. The time I became champion by defeating the until then undefeated Cain Velasquez. Which of you watched that fight? Which of you were there in person? Experiencing that moment and feeling all that emotion was only possible because, despite all the criticism and negative opinions from the vast majority, I kept believing in myself and ignoring anything that didn’t align with my goal. When God places something in our hearts, we have to work tirelessly to make it a reality, and of course, turn a deaf ear to what the world has to say. I believed, and I keep believing! I ignored, and I keep ignoring whatever is not aligned with my goals.
