Donald Trump is trading stocks in companies his government affects through policy decisions. He’s holding the stocks while pulling the levers that determine their value. It’s corruption, plain and simple.

Then: President Jimmy Carter sold his peanut farm to a blind trust to avoid even the slightest appearance of corruption. Now: Trump traded over 3,700 stocks earlier this year—personally profiting off of companies who are directly impacted by his decisions as President.

This is common sense: Congress should prevent the President and his family from profiting off crypto deals while in office.

A majority of Americans can’t afford rent on a modest 2 bedroom. People aren't buying their first home until 40. Since 1990, the cost of housing is up 174% while wages have flatlined. We're in a housing crisis. Congress needs to act like it.
