I don't code. But I direct code. Claude Code and Codex constantly ask: Always Allow or Allow Once? Rule of thumb: read-only lookups = always allow. Anything that writes, deploys, sends, or spends = allow once, every time so you stay in the loop on the actions that have consequences. When in doubt, allow once.
