They are maintaining an impartial international @UNPeacekeeping presence to fulfill the mandate entrusted to them by the Security Council.
I pay tribute to their courage & reiterate:
Attacks against peacekeepers are completely unacceptable. They are in breach of international law & may constitute war crimes.
