Africa is strengthening its fiscal foundations by advancing tax reforms, tackling illicit financial flows, and mobilising domestic resources to finance its own development. The 5th Session of the Sub-Committee on Tax and Illicit Financial Flows (IFFs) builds on progress made by the African Union and its Member States in strengthening tax systems, enhancing coordination, and advancing a unified African voice in global tax discussions.
The session will be convened by the AU Economic, Trade, Tourism, Industry and Minerals (@AU_ETTIM ) Department, and hosted by the @NigeriaRevenue under the theme:-
“Building the Africa We Want through Tax and Fiscal Policy Reforms to Support Economic Growth and Domestic Resource Mobilisation.”
