With four years to 2030, the path ahead is challenging, but full of opportunity. Progress is possible when ambition is matched by action and partnerships deliver tangible results. Financing for development and implementation of the Sevilla Commitment are crucial to accelerating progress. In this regard, I want to highlight the importance of holding a special meeting on debt.
