@UNCTAD Secretary-General @RGrynspan held a bilateral meeting with @BrunoRguezP, Cuba's Minister of Foreign Affairs, on 24 February.
The meeting took place on the sidelines of the 61st session of the Human Rights Council (#HRC61) at the Palais des Nations in Geneva.
