From Leipzig to Ceuta, foreign powers are trying to destabilise Europe. Parliament must debate the growing threat of hybrid attacks, so we have tabled a request for this plenary: Commission statement; On the need for a coordinated European response to Russia’s recent different hybrid attacks in Italy, Romania, Poland, Germany and Spain and disinformation campaigns: protecting democracy, security and the unity of the European Union.
