I am horrified by the stabbing of two individuals, one Asian and one Jewish, in Manhattan. As we await to confirm motives of this attack, the fear paralyzing the Jewish community globally at this time is exacerbated by incidents such as these. We must do everything we can to combat the vile antisemitism that continues to rear its ugly head. I thank the first responders for their swift response to support the victims and I pray for their recovery. My office will continue monitoring the situation as it develops.
