Federal workers within law-abiding DHS agencies shouldn't bear the brunt of ICE & CBP's unconstitutional behavior. They need their paychecks & Americans need their critical services.
I urge my colleagues to support Ranking Member DeLauro's proposal to accomplish that objective without funding ICE or CBP.
