We're proud to welcome filmmaker and content creator Omar Farooq as our newest UNHCR Goodwill Ambassador!
From Bangladesh to Jordan, South Sudan and beyond, Omar has spent nearly a decade using the power of storytelling to bring refugee voices and experiences to millions around the world.
Since 2017, he's supported UNHCR, turning powerful human stories into empathy, solidarity and action.
We're excited to begin this new chapter together, inspiring even more people to support refugees and people forced to flee.
