This week in New York, I met with the Permanent Observer Mission of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation, which brings together fifty-seven member states. Regional organisations are often first on the ground and stay long after the attention moves on. A United Nations that responds faster and delivers has to build those partnerships from the start, rooted in local realities and needs. #newUN
