In Manama I met with H.E. Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Bahrain and had a courtesy call with H.R.H. Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister. We discussed how a single disruption spreads instability into food and energy security, shipping lanes and debt costs. I defined reform in concrete terms. Fewer processes, faster decisions, results people can measure. I thank my hosts in Manama for their welcome and their hospitality. #newUN @bahdiplomatic
