On the margins of #UNGA81, we spoke about some of the difficulties multilateralism faces today and the need to uphold the principles of the UN Charter. We also discussed the particular challenges facing Small Island Developing States, including climate resilience, development priorities and the importance of ensuring their perspectives are reflected in the work of the UN. #newUN
