Today, we remember Anna Lindh, former Swedish Foreign Minister, who was murdered on this day in 2003. A courageous social democrat and passionate European, she stood for a principled foreign policy rooted in human rights, championed a united European voice and fought for fairer societies. Her vision of a Europe that stands for peace, solidarity and human rights continues to inspire us. Her legacy will endure. 🇪🇺🌹
