600,000 without electricity. Winter is approaching. And Russia continues to target Ukraine's energy infrastructure. Overnight, Russian missiles and drones struck Kyiv, Kharkiv and other regions, damaging 30 energy facilities and killing civilians. For Ukrainians, these attacks mean more than power cuts. They mean families facing the cold, disrupted essential services and communities forced to rebuild, again and again. No one should have to face another winter wondering whether their home will have electricity, heating or even be safe. Ukraine needs sustained support to protect its people and keep essential services running. Protecting civilian lives must remain Europe's priority. 🇺🇦
