볼로디미르 젤렌스키 우크라이나 대통령님과 첫 정상회담을 가졌습니다. 우크라이나의 현재 상황, 평화와 회복을 위한 방안에 대해 깊이 있는 대화를 나눈 뜻깊은 시간이었습니다. 이번에 발표한 '‘對우크라이나 1억불 포괄적 지원 공약’에 대해서도 직접 설명드렸습니다. 같은 취지에서 우크라이나 복구와 재건을 위한 국제사회의 노력에 동참해 나갈 것이라는 말씀도 전했습니다. 하루빨리 전쟁이 끝나고, 우크라이나 국민들이 평화로운 일상을 되찾을 수 있길 바랍니다. 회복과 재건의 과정에서 양국 간 협력이 더욱 확대되기를 기대합니다. I had my first meeting with President Volodymyr Zelenskyy(@ZelenskyyUa) of Ukraine. It was a meaningful opportunity to exchange views on the situation in Ukraine and discuss ways to advance peace and support Ukraine's recovery. During our meeting, I also explained Korea’s newly announced Comprehensive Assistance Pledge for Ukraine, amounting to USD 100 million. I conveyed our commitment to continue contributing to international efforts aimed at Ukraine’s recovery and reconstruction. I sincerely hope that the war will come to an end as soon as possible and that the people of Ukraine will be able to return to their peaceful daily lives. I look forward to further strengthening cooperation between our two countries as Ukraine moves forward on the path of recovery and reconstruction.
