A Coast Guard helicopter and a Puerto Rico Police aircrew rescued three CBP marine interdiction agents and two other boaters in Toa Baja, Puerto Rico, on March 30.
The agents were attempting to rescue the capsized boaters from 10-foot swells when their own vessel capsized.
