Iraq’s Security Council had authorised the PMF to retaliate against the US.
The PMF was instrumental in defeating ISIS in Iraq and keeping them defeated, now the US is bombing them.
Coincidentally, the US’ actions in the Middle East always seem to help ISIS and Al Qaeda, from Iraq, to Syria, to Libya and beyond.
