Why the US🇺🇸 has sought to destroy the Cuban🇨🇺 revolution for 64 years? Before the Cuban revolution led by Fidel Castro, US financial interests owned 90% of Cuba’s mines, 80% of public utilities, 50% of railways, 40% of sugar production & 25% of bank deposits. Mafia bosses from the US owned luxury casinos and hotels to make huge profits under the US-backed Batista dictatorship while ordinary Cubans lived in squalor. Upon the success of the Cuba’s revolution and the nationalisation of the major industries, Cuba went from a de-facto US colony to a sovereign state. The US mafia was also kicked out of the country.
