Worker pay has plummeted to its lowest share of the economy since the Great Depression. Corporations continue to rake in record profits while the people doing the actual work receive an ever shrinking fraction of the profits they generate.

You can’t claim record profits on earnings calls with shareholders then plead poverty at the bargaining table when workers demand better wages. These companies think their profits aren't public record or something. We know the value we create. And we’re coming to take it back.

Wage growth is collapsing for everyone except CEOs, while working families absorb compounding price increases on essentials. We are paying for record corporate profits twice, through stagnant wages and inflated prices.

Employer health insurance costs face an 11% projected jump unless companies aggressively cut benefits. Corporations will use this squeeze to justify higher deductibles, unaffordable premiums, and to deny pay raises. All while posting record profits. Do not let them!

John Deere tried to skip out on negotiating with the UAW. They wanted to extend contracts instead of facing off at the bargaining table. The union looked at the billions in profits they’re paying to shareholders and stock buybacks and said “Hell no, we’ll see you next year!”

Hoarding is considered a psychological disorder. Unless you’re hoarding wealth made off the exploitation of others. Then it’s somehow something to aspire to.

Half the country wants unions to have more influence and 71% now favor them, the highest approval in decades. Workers are done swallowing anti-union corporate propaganda. We’re fed up with record profits and stagnant wages. Collective bargaining is the only way to fight back.

The single greatest way to prevent crime is to prevent poverty. Investing in living wages, education, job training, public transit, and affordable housing. That's it. It's not vilifying immigrants. It's not surveilling every corner. Want safer streets? Start with living wages.

This week hundreds of nurses across 8 cities took to the streets to demand hospitals cut ties with Palantir. Since when are hospitals an arm of the surveillance state? We must purge Palantir from our healthcare systems. Surveillance tech has no place in healthcare!

No one working for a trillion-dollar company should live in poverty. When massive corporations refuse to pay a living wage, taxpayers foot the bill through public assistance. We are subsidizing their record profits so the elites can buy another election.

STRIKE ALERT: IBEW 125 utility workers at Oregon Trail Electric are on strike because management forced 24/7 uncompensated standby and fired linemen for not answering calls off the clock. Your time is your time. If they want you on call, they better be prepared to pay for it!

In 1970, a full-time minimum wage summer job covered a full year of public college tuition and books, no loans, no debt. Today, covering the same tuition and books at minimum wage takes about 1,800 hours, or 35 hours a week, every week, for an entire year.

Why is it always ‘just budget better’ or ‘find a better job’ and never ‘if a society depends on a job to function, that job should pay enough to live in it’?

At what point are we just priced out of everything? We can't afford to buy homes, cars, or healthcare. Childcare costs an entire paycheck and forget about affording their college. What's the elite's endgame here? Just 7 rich people in a bunker while the world burns around them?

STRIKE PENDING: Seattle Education Association voted overwhelmingly to authorize a strike, with 91% of union employees voting in favor. They represent 6000 union workers. The district has yet to reach a new contract. School starts in a week. Stall tactics won’t work this time.

Instead of handing public money to Wall Street, Illinois passed a law allowing the state to invest in the AFL-CIO Housing Investment Trust. The funds will build affordable housing while guaranteeing good-paying union construction jobs. A massive win for all workers!
