Productive discussion with the President of Central African Republic President, @FA_Touadera. I thanked him for his leadership and hosting the @com_cemac ministerial meeting on the cross-border measures needed to protect populations in Africa against the outbreak of the Bundibugyo virus. We discussed the response to the #Ebola outbreak in DRC, emphasizing that neighboring countries must enhance preparedness and cross-border cooperation. To ensure safe access for health responders, an immediate ceasefire is critically needed.
