Investing in health workers delivers results and advances #HealthForAll. Across the WHO South-East Asia Region, the number of doctors, nurses and midwives relative to the population has increased by about 70% since 2014, and nearly all Member States now exceed WHO's health workforce threshold. At a Ministerial Roundtable during the @WHOSEARO Regional Committee, I congratulated Member States on their commitment to strengthening the health workforce and health systems, helping build healthier communities for all.
