I’m going against my own advices and posting in an elevated emotional state 😅 At the same time I’m super proud of the team that stayed late and stopped everything they were doing to help solving this issue, I feel this immense frustration where everything we’ve been working on for the past months ended up in a really bad experience for a lot of players who were hyped for the update I know it’s “just a game” and the worse it can happen is people taking a break and going to do something else, but the failure part of the learning hurts - and the back and forth of thinking we got it fixed and we didn’t is quite exhausting and draining While everyone in the team feels this inner pressure of trying to fix it as soon as possible, it’s touching to see we are all trying to help each other with whatever we can, either by ordering food for everyone (thanks, Frank!), making some jokes to ease the atmosphere or just being present in the team space And all of that is just to say how thankful we are - because after all of that, most of the comments we see across our channels are people being understanding or just making memes out of the situation - we really do appreciate those and you have no idea how important they are in cases like this anyway, MIGHT DELETE LATER, so good night and thanks for being together with us in this wild day 🫡 Talk to you tomorrow!
