Hey everyone! 👋 The team is now slowly returning from the holidays, so I'll address some of the currently talking points in the community (also because we've been quiet for a while 😅 ) 🐈‍⬛ We'll be having a maintenance to fix bugs with Kit and also some nerfs (coming either tomorrow or Friday) 🕷️ Charlie will be in the Starr Road after the maintenance 💎 We've revoked the extra gems of the people who used the duplicated Brawl Pass purchase exploit (either by accident or intentionally) 🚫 People who have intentionally used this for extra gems got banned (it's around 300 accounts in total, and all of them have used this exploit 3 times or more) 💵 Players who have purchased the Brawl Pass from third party stores (such as Razer Gold) should now have their Brawl Passes upgraded to Brawl Pass Plus (it's only claimable for the #Starrtoon season, so don't save it for next season) 🙌 There's also a compensation for Players who have ever purchased Brawl Passes from theses stores and never got the free progression that was promised with it. They are getting a free Brawl Pass Plus this season Also, one very important note about refunds, since we've been receiving a lot of questions regarding this matter as well: - When a purchase gets refunded, we revoke the Gem value of that purchase back, meaning if you refund the Brawl Pass, we revoke the Brawl Pass value in Gems, and that's why it's a lot more Gems than the $9,99 bundle - The reason it works like this, is because most of progression or currency can't be reverted, so it's a tool to avoid bad behaviors where you get the benefit from the purchase, but also your money back That's all for today!
