For two consecutive days, the US Secretary of State has been lying about #Cuba again. It's a mania he can't hardly let go. It is his way -and that of his government- to attempt justifying a cruel and ruthless aggression against the Cuban people that admits no political or moral excuse. Collective punishment is a crime as much as the hardships caused to an entire people through coldly calculated measures to induce a humanitarian crisis. Enough of abuse.
