The US government, the tormentor of the collective punishment against the Cuban people, has no political, legal or moral authority to judge the steps that we are taking. Neither is it up to the US government to judge the steps that we are taking in an exercise of our sovereignty and free determination, to cope with the impact of an extreme economic aggression, strengthened by the energy siege and the secondary sanctions against third parties. Its opinion about what needs to be done to overcome old deficiencies and adapt our autoctonous socialist model to the new national and international realities does not matter either. #Cuba is outside the US borders. Cuba conquered, defends and will always defend its sovereignty through great efforts and full determination and rejects, with equal resolve, any foreign interference in its internal affairs.
