Today I chaired the 8th & my last AU/UN annual mtng with @antonioguterres & @AminaJMohammed since we signed the joint frameworks on Peace&Sec, Sustainable Dev to fastrack our twin Agendas 2063 & 2030+the joint framework on Human Rights. These instruments form the formal basis for a more coordinated Org to Org approach between our two institutions, all propelled by a shared commitment, trust & solidarity underpinned by the values of the UN Charter and the AU Constitutive Act.
