I was pleased to open the 46th Ordinary Session of the @_AfricanUnion Executive Council where the Meeting observed a Moment of Silence in memory of #Namibia's Founding President and the last of the Continent's Founding Fathers, the late H.E Dr Sam Shafiishuna Nujoma.
