The scenes of devastation in Venezuela are truly heartbreaking. I extend my full solidarity with all those affected & with the Venezuelan people. As needs rapidly evolve, access to urgent humanitarian assistance will be critical. The @UN system is scaling up life-saving assistance alongside our partners & the Government, and will spare no effort to support those in need.
