This is unacceptable. We strongly condemn the Russian attack on Dnipro, Ukraine, that claimed at least two civilian lives, injured more and hit a UNHCR-contracted warehouse filled with life-saving humanitarian aid. Humanitarians are #NotATarget. These attacks must stop.
