The US is an important partner for the Netherlands, and will remain so. It was good to talk with @usambnl Popolo, together with @StasDigi Aerdts. We discussed our close cooperation in the areas of trade and tech, which is crucial for the Netherlands’ digital ecosystem and the innovative capacity of Dutch tech companies. In this connection, the decision concerning Solvinity – a specific and special case involving sensitive government data – was also discussed. The Netherlands shares the importance the US attaches to clear rules for the business community. We agreed that we will continue to cooperate closely and that we will both continue to share our concerns, with a view to future investments. This is in the interests of both our countries, because it creates employment and prosperity. US companies, like Kyndryl, are and will remain trusted and important partners. One case does not change our strong bilateral relationship. Our partnership, which has already lasted 250 years, will continue to grow.
