We reviewed the latest progress of the “New Government Work System” initiative, which aims to transform 50 per cent of UAE Government sectors, services and operations over the next two years through the adoption of Agentic AI models. The integration of Agentic AI into government operations is a strategic priority for the next phase, and we are overseeing its implementation directly as part of the vision of Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed. Our ambition is for the UAE to become a global leader in pioneering advanced human-centric government models, accelerating delivery, and enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of government performance.
