"One who plants a tree, doesn't always sit in its shade" - excellent remarks by President @JDMahama at #WHA79 opening, with a strong call for political leadership and investment in health, based on our institutional mandates, and a new order rising based on partnership and agency, not aid. Indeed, let us measure our success by a clinic not a conference. By a child in the Global South to enjoy the same chance of survival as one in the Global North. My deep gratitude to the President for joining us to address the Assembly, but especially for walking the talk for #HealthForAll in Africa, and everywhere. Together, my brother!
